Its pretty good, only complaint is if your get onions they are huge pieces, aside from that good luck finding a better pizza within 5 miles. Not saying it as a bad thing. Nicolas is usually very good.

Holy cow. Amazingly delicious. We got a couple of slices and split a meatball parm. The pizza crust was crisp and the sauce was sweet without a trace of cloying acidity. The meatballs were savory and the bread was light & toasted to perfection. It's a small place - wouldn't recommend if you have kids who can't sit and behave in a quiet setting. The building itself has some fascinating historical aspects and wish we could've learned more. Overall - would absolutely recommend and would absolutely go back.

I love Nicolas and have for many years. Especially in the winter when it's cold enough to sit by their ancient fireplace. The pizza sauce is just right on seasoning. Not too salty. Not too much sugar. I'm keen on their cheese steak and I'll drive here just for one. Succulent. Perfectly made. I don't live anywhere near and this is worth the journey.

Pizza was great, had the margarita and the chicken- all fresh ingredients, good service and a nice atmosphere...pizzas came out quickly

Growing up in NY there were plenty of pizza places and they were all good. The quality of the ingredients, the type of equipment used, and the effort for consistency. Maybe because it was a different time or that I was younger, it was all good. Now in NJ, good pizza is hard to find. There are also plenty of pizza variations today which I don't generally care for. Nicolas is a small pizza place. They focus on the ingredients and the consistent pizza experience. Despite some of the reviews, the pizza is fantastic, I'd offer best in the area.. this type of traditional pizza may not be for everybody and if you want 50 different types of pizza this may not be the place for you. If you follow Dave Portnoy this may not be your place. if you want a traditional pizza slices with cheese hot out of the oven, dripping with oil, sliced, thin and good flavor and something to bring family to when they come from out of town. This is your place. Sometimes they get busy, but they do care about people, and they do care about the experience they treat us with kindness.

This place is the best pizzeria in town! We've been coming to Lambertville and New Hope for years and kept meaning to stop in here but always got too busy. This trip I was COMMITTED to trying it. It kept calling our name. So today we stopped in and my only regret is that we didn't come in sooner! The pizza was 10/10. Perfect amount of fluffiness in the dough, cheese was fresh and delicious, and the sauce was top notch. Sal, the owner, treated us with such kindness and was super friendly and took the time to chat with us. The service was amazing and everyone was very accommodating. The seating area has a very homey, family feel with a fire place and stone walls. This building has a lot of history to it and you can feel the love in its walls. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back many times to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend this place!

This place was great. I totally recommend stopping by and checking them out - and grabbing a slice, calzone, or even a full pie. Their Sicilian pizza pie was delicious, and a must try! Their calzone, we did sausage and ricotta on it, blew us away! The sausage was ground on the fine side, which was perfect for us - we have a Infant learning to eat. The ricotta tho... oh my god. The texture was so incredible. You gotta have one of their calzones!!! We got to chat a little bit with the owners as we sat and ate in their lil dining room area and they were really nice. I wish we had pizza like this back home in Hawaii. Thanks!!
